Our Beginner Programmes are 6-week introductions to our martial arts styles. They are perfect for anyone who wants to try something new alongside other newcomers.

MMA

Our MMA classes incorporate BJJ and Muay Thai. Students will learn core fighting techniques for standing, clinch work and grappling. Learn how to perform effective take downs, apply choke holds and administer powerful shots -Muay Thai style!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). BJJ is a ground fighting martial art. Our classes will teach you grappling techniques and submission holds including chokes and joint locks. BJJ is characterised by using body mechanics to maximise force. You will be fascinated by the power you can exert!
